Football for 8 - 9 year olds

Training times: Thursdays 4:00pm - 5:00pm at Onerahi FC Note trainings and game days do not run during the school holidays.

Fun Football is the next step up from First Kicks, focusing on skill development and working as a team. The group is supported by experienced coaches and Northland football youth players. The season begins Saturday 2 May 2026.
Games
Time: Saturday mornings, 10:00am – 11:00am (be there 15mins before start time)
Location: Held at Onerahi FC and Tikipunga FC
Teams: 5 players per team
Gear
Each player will be provided an Onerahi FC shirt and shorts for the year, players must bring their own blue socks, boots and shin pads.
